I already pay for ChatGPT or Claude. Why would I need Figaro?

Keep the model you already value. Figaro adds the operating layer around it: lasting business context, connected tools, repeatable workflows, evidence of what happened and an approval step before consequential actions. The difference shows up in the output. You receive a brief, a prepared follow up or a tested change, not only an answer in a chat window.

Use without technical training

I am not technical. Will I be able to use it?

Yes. You delegate in normal language, usually through Telegram, and the web cabinet shows the work and its status. The setup call covers the first workflow, the connected accounts and the approval boundary. You do not need to install an agent framework or maintain a server.

Approval before consequential actions

What stops it from sending the wrong message or changing something important?

Figaro can read, research, draft, plan and prepare actions. Sending, publishing, spending, merging and calling wait for approval. The approval card shows what will happen before the action runs, and the job leaves a receipt afterwards.

What to confirm Agree the approval policy during onboarding. A low risk first workflow should make the boundary obvious.

Data and model access

Where does my data go?

Figaro Home keeps chat history, files, memory and connector tokens on the machine you own. Model calls go to Anthropic under your own API key and Anthropic bills that usage directly to you. This is different from claiming the box is offline: it needs power, internet access and the model connection to work.

What to confirm Before connecting an account, confirm which data the workflow reads, which service processes it and where the credentials are stored.

Integrations and reliability

What happens if an integration expires or is not available yet?

The onboarding session confirms what is live for your deployment and chooses a workflow that can run with the accounts available. If a connection needs attention, Figaro should surface the blocked step rather than pretend the work completed. New workflows are added deliberately, not promised as universal on day one.

Why buy a box instead of another cloud subscription?

The dedicated machine gives the operator a stable place to run around the clock and keeps its working files, memory and connector tokens under your control. Figaro handles provisioning, updates and support, so the owner does not have to build and maintain a do it yourself agent setup.

Price running cost and delivery

What does it cost all in?

Figaro Home, delivery and onboarding cost $550 once. The operator costs $100 a month. Anthropic bills model usage separately on your own API key, so the total depends on usage. A $27 refundable reservation is also available. Paid orders enter the priority build queue, and Figaro confirms the delivery window before a reservation balance is due.

What to confirm Full orders are refundable before dispatch. After delivery, the current preorder terms provide a 14 day return period in original condition.

Ownership and leaving

What happens if I stop using Figaro?

Your memory and working files remain on the box as plain files that you can copy. Cancelling the operator subscription does not transfer ownership of the hardware back to Figaro.
