This policy explains what the Figaro Integration for Vercel collects, why, and how we handle it. In this policy, “Figaro”, “we” and “us” refer to Figaro Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

1. What we collect

OAuth tokens — the access and refresh tokens Vercel issues when you authorize the Integration, so Figaro can act on your behalf.
Account & team identifiers — your Vercel user and team IDs, and the configuration ID of your installation, to route actions to the right account.
Operational metadata — the projects and deployments Figaro creates for you and their status, so we can report results back to you.

We do not collect your source code beyond what is needed to deploy it, and we do not read data in your projects’ databases or storage.

2. How we use it

Solely to operate the Integration — to scaffold, deploy, and manage the projects you ask Figaro to build, and to show you their status. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Storage & security

Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used only to perform actions you request. Access is limited to the systems that run the Integration. We keep data only as long as your installation is active.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to deliver what you asked for — notably Vercel — acting on your instructions. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

5. Your control

You can revoke the Integration at any time from your Vercel account settings. Revocation invalidates the stored tokens and stops all further access. To request deletion of remaining operational data, contact us at myfigaro.ai.
