This Privacy Policy governs how MyFigaro AI collects, uses, stores, and
protects user data, including data accessed through Google API integrations. In this policy,
“Figaro”, “we” and “us” refer to
Individual Entrepreneur MYTHOS Development, identification number 105743713, registered in Georgia.
1. Information We Access and Process
When you choose to connect your accounts, MyFigaro AI processes the following information:
Google Workspace Data: When authorized by the user via Google OAuth:
Gmail Read-Only
(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly):
Message metadata, senders, subject lines, and body text strictly to generate executive
morning briefings, highlight urgent communications, and synthesize email summaries for
the user.
Calendar Read-Only
(https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly):
Event titles, start/end times, attendees, and descriptions strictly to display your
daily schedule and provide automated meeting reminders.
User Account Information: Email address provided during account
registration and technical support requests.
Appliance Configuration & Local Data: Persona settings, memory indexes,
and connector credentials stored locally on your physical MyFigaro appliance box or
dedicated instance.
2. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)
MyFigaro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs
adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:
No Model Training: Google user data (including emails, contacts, and
calendar events) is NEVER used to train, retrain, or fine-tune generalized artificial
intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
No Advertising or Profiling: We do NOT use Google user data for
advertising, marketing profiling, retargeting, or commercial resale.
No Human Inspection: No human employee, contractor, or third party
reads or inspects your raw Google emails or calendar contents unless required for
security investigations or with your explicit request and permission.
No Unauthorized Data Transfer: Google user data is not shared, sold, or
transferred to third parties, except as strictly necessary to deliver the user-requested
feature (e.g. processing via your designated LLM API provider under your own key).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information solely to deliver the MyFigaro AI executive assistant experience:
To synthesize daily schedule summaries and morning briefings.
To highlight urgent action items and organize your inbox.
To execute commands and workflows explicitly requested by you.
4. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
We implement local-first architecture and encryption controls to ensure your data remains
secure:
Local-First Architecture: Your conversation memory, credentials, and
index files remain stored on your own physical appliance or private deployment.
Tokens & Keys: Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are used
exclusively to process requests initiated by your operator.
Retention Period: Transient data processed during briefings is held only
in active memory during processing. Account tokens persist until you disconnect the
integration or delete your account.
5. Data Deletion & Revoking Permissions
You have full control over your data and connected integrations at all times:
Revoking Access: You can revoke MyFigaro's access to your Google Account
at any time via
Google Account Permissions
or directly inside your MyFigaro settings.
Data Deletion Requests: Upon disconnecting your account or resetting your
appliance, all stored tokens and cached metadata are immediately deleted. You can also
request complete account deletion by contacting

6. Third-Party Sharing
MyFigaro does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Google user data. Data is
shared only under the following limited conditions:
User-Initiated Integrations: API requests directed to model providers
(such as Anthropic or OpenAI) using your configured API keys to process your assistant
requests.
Legal Compliance: If required by applicable law, court order, or
governmental regulation.
