End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

This Agreement governs your purchase, setup, and use of MyFigaro AI hardware appliances, local runtime images, and hosted services at myfigaro.ai (the “Service”). In this Agreement, “Figaro”, “we” and “us” refer to Individual Entrepreneur MYTHOS Development, identification number 105743713, registered in Georgia.

1. What MyFigaro Does

MyFigaro AI provides local-first personal executive assistant software and hardware appliances. It enables automated morning briefings, daily schedule synthesis, task delegation, and integrations with third-party services including Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), Telegram, and model API providers.

2. Ownership & Data Sovereignty

All data processed on your MyFigaro appliance box — including conversation memory, personal preferences, task lists, and connector credentials — remains strictly yours and resides on your machine. Figaro acts as an assistant on your behalf. We do not copy your local box data or private messages to central advertising servers.

3. Third-Party Integrations & Google OAuth

MyFigaro allows you to connect third-party accounts (such as Google Workspace). When using Google integrations, your use is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Figaro complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. You may revoke Google OAuth permissions at any time via your Google Security settings or your MyFigaro chat commands. Please see our Privacy Policy for full disclosures on Google API data usage.

4. User Responsibilities & Credential Security

You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of your MyFigaro appliance, protecting your local access tokens, and managing third-party API keys entered during setup.

5. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The Service and software images are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Individual Entrepreneur MYTHOS Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
