Figaro Integration for Vercel · operated by Figaro Labs Ltd · last updated 9 July 2026
This Agreement governs your use of the Figaro Integration for Vercel (the “Integration”). In this Agreement, “Figaro”, “we” and “us” refer to Figaro Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By installing or authorizing the Integration on your Vercel account, you agree to these terms.
The Integration lets Figaro scaffold, deploy, and manage web projects on Vercel on your behalf. After you authorize it once, Figaro may create projects, create deployments, and manage environment variables within the scope you grant during installation.
All projects, deployments, source code, and resources created through the Integration belong to you and live in your Vercel account. Figaro acts only as your agent. You may revoke access at any time from your Vercel account settings; upon revocation Figaro can no longer act on your account, while everything it created remains yours.
To act on your behalf, Figaro stores the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Vercel, encrypted at rest, used solely to perform the actions you request. We store only what is required to operate the Integration, and we do not sell your data. Revoking access invalidates the stored tokens. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for the content you ask Figaro to deploy, for compliance with Vercel’s terms, and for any usage costs billed to your own Vercel account.
The Integration is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figaro Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Integration.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Questions: myfigaro.ai.
